Processing Time

 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow time for tracking updates to become available.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude national holidays.

 

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

 

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an $8.95 reshipping fee to be sent again.

Our goal is for every piece you receive to make you feel amazing. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. We offer a simple and transparent return process.



Return Overview

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange only

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached



General Return Policy


All returns are for store credit or exchanges only. No refunds to original payment methods.


Eligibility

Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order

A maximum of 5 initiated returns per customer per month is allowed


Item Condition


Returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Have all original tags attached

Be free of stains, odors (including smoke), perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet or human hair

Be returned in original packaging


Items that do not meet these requirements will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.


Additional Notes

Orders cannot be canceled once placed

Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and vendor delays are beyond our control

Variations in color or pattern due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects



How to Return an Item

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Once received and inspected, store credit will be processed within 2–3 business days.



Refunds (Store Credit)

All approved returns are issued as store credit only

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery

Items must meet all return condition requirements


If a returned item does not qualify, store credit will not be issued and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.



Exchanges


Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee availability of exchange items.

Exchange requests do not reserve inventory

Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and approved

If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items


To secure an item, we recommend placing a new order right away.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please email thecheerupboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.


Please include:

Clear photos

A detailed description of the issue


If approved:

We will provide a return shipping label

A replacement will be sent if available

If unavailable, store credit will be issued


Please Note:

Color, pattern, or texture variations due to photography or screens are not defects

Fit or sizing issues are not considered damage

Damage caused after delivery, wear, pets, or improper handling cannot be accepted
